LO1: Appropriate software

The software I will need to use during the production of my magazine, I will need to use;
- Adobe Indesign
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Bridge
- Microsoft Word

Stages of production:
- Indesign will be needed for the production of the magazine and the putting together of everything from pictures to stories.
- Illustrator will be needed for the logo of the magazine and any other sort of design work.
- Photoshop will be needed to alter the photo's to make sure there is no errors in them.
- Bridge will be needed to store all the images in so you can star them so you know the quality of the images and so they are also easy to organise in the fact that they are going to be certain qualities.
- Word will be needed for correcting of grammar and writing all the individual articles and stories up in order for organising.

Ease of use:
- The software that will be needed will be quite easy to use, as they will be software we have used a lot before and got used to all the tools within them.

Jobs needed for each software:
- Indesign will be used to put all the information together as a magazine, so all the stories and magazines are in one place.
- Photoshop is needed for any editing of pictures which will be featured in the magazine as any faults will need to be altered to make it the best possible.
- Adobe  Bridge will be used to store all the pictures in so I can mark the pictures from best to worst as well as pick the best few.
- Adobe Illustrator will be used to create any logos, words or clip art needed for the magazine.
